Hi, and thank you for visiting our page! Please take the time to carefully read about our store policy to get the best experience when shopping. Our hours of operation are from 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday. All order(s) production time takes 2-3 days excluding shipping (Please scroll below to read about our shipping policy). If you will like a rush on the production of your order(s) please make sure to add the RUSH ORDER option when checking out.
Please understand some, but not all item(s) will have ink in the design(s) to help fulfill order needs. In order to have a long & lasting look for your design, please allow up to 48hrs before washing any item(s).

Personal item(s) being dropped off for services HAVE to be dropped/shipped at least 2 days prior to due date of item(s). If order is not dropped off before cut off time then a RUSH ORDER will be applied or order(s) will be canceled and any money received will be returned.
Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE ONLY, NO REFUNDS! We do not issue out refunds, ONLY exchanges if order have been started on. The customer have the option of exchanging the same item with the same/different customization or exchange the item(s) for an item(s) less than or equal to the item(s) price.

An Exchange Form have to be submitted within 48hrs after order was given to customer. Exchanges are only rewarded if customer's item(s) have any wardrobe malfunction or design defect. A new order will have to be placed after three days of accepting your past order. Customers can click the exchange link below to submit a claim.
Shipping/Delivery/Pick-Up Policy
Shipping in the U.S. is within 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping option of your choice at checkout. Shipping International is within 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping option of your choice at checkout.

Delivery is ONLY in the South Florida Tri-County (Broward, Miami-Dade, West Palm Beach area.

Pick-up time is during the hours of 10am-7pm, Monday-Friday.
